today, i had nafa test 5 items... yes, passed all of them with a breeze!!!however, i am not happy as the results were not very good.
i wANT A RETEST!!!!ok...i know i should not make excuses. maybe i wasn't good enough.
anyway, i have some purr-fect excuses:
1. i did not wear my pe attire
2.i sprained my arm
3.i did not practice(ok, that's true)
4.i did not give it my best shot
5. slow reaction time or whateva...
actually, for the shuttle run, my reaction time was slow, i guess. 3seconds after the teacher calls and you start running...do the maths and you haven't got much time left.
and i got stomach ache, i think that's my period during the 2.4km...talk about bad timing.
for the sit-up, it was not bad. could be better.
standing broad jump-185cm
sit-ups-26 in one minute(i don't think thats too shabby)
inclined pull-ups, bad...ok, it was hard or maybe its time for me to hit the gym...
ok...sit and reach was bad for me...40 cm...erm..i am not 13 any longer...
I WANT TO GET A HIGHER SCORE!!!
