UP, UP AND AWAY!!!

up is a touching, riveting and compelling story. a love story blossoms from ellie's and carl's childhood romance.( a love between two kids with a passion for adventure). it all started when carl was a little boy and he intruded into the house of ellie, a little girl and a balloon. with this, they became childhood friends. when they grew up, they got married. they work, they walk in the park, they do loads of stuff together. they grow old together with the passing of time( the till death do us part kind.) however, carl and ellie never got to visit paradise falls- their dream holiday vacation. somehow, circumstances never allowed that. (it was purely fate)
soon, ellies passes away, leaving carl a lonely old bachelor. one day, some contractors came round, but carl does not want to mortage his old rickety house. he ties millions of balloons to his house to fly away to the wilderness of south america.
airborne, he discovers a boy, russell, who is hiding in his porch. he pesters carl on his "assist the elderly assignment'' as he wants to get his last badge.
carl takes him in. they bond and share happy memories. they brave the wilds and the elements, and finally arrive at paradise falls. (i will leave out all those minor details, like the campfire and stuff.)
they meet charles muntz, a villanous explorer hunting a mythical bird.(probably in extinction.) he is after carl and russell and the dog who betrays charles to call carl his 'owner'. in a bid to escape from charles, they brave dangers and electronic-weirdo kind of dogs. charles even resorted to burning the old fogey's house, where a million precious memories with ellie are stored.from the furniture in the house to the photo frames on the wall.
what happens in the end?
yes, i would love to tell you, but WHAT WOULD BE THE FUN IN THAT?!
THIS movie made me laugh and cry(the memories carl and ellie shared).
it is so memorable. however the ending is not what i expected.
